What you chant is what you become!

I would like to share with you a favorite mantra of mine that brings me into a deep state of relaxation and joy. Beloved Guan Yin has blessed humanity with this divine mantra of Weng Ma Ni Ba Ma Hong, pronounced wung mah nee bah mah hawhng. To chant this mantra is to "become" this mantra and receive the blessings from Guan Yin and all the souls who have chanted this mantra through out the ages.

What is a Jin Dan?

What is a Jin Dan? A Jin Dan is a golden light ball. "Jin" means golden. "Dan" means light ball in Mandarin Chinese. To build and form a Jin Dan in your lower foundation energy center called, the Lower Dan Tian, is the most important exercise that we can do for maintaining our health and to reverse the aging process. How exciting and powerful is that? Wow! Ok lets do this!!

So we will begin by creating a sacred space for ourselves. Relax in a comfortable space in your home or garden or wherever is a quiet space for you. 

We will use body power taught to us by Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha:
Body Power:
Sit up straight with your feet flat on the ground and your back free and clear. 
Place your palms of your hands flat against your lower abdominum. Gently place the tip of your tongue close, but not touching the roof of your mouth. You will now squeeze your buttox and hold for 3 seconds then release as this brings into alignment your meridian energy lines within the body.

Visualize a golden ball rotating counterclockwise in your lower Dan Tian

Say Hello to Inner Souls:
Dear the soul of my Lower Dan Tian,
I love you, honor you, appreciate you
You have the power to fully expand gathering the energy of countless planets, stars, and galaxies to build a expansive energy center in my body

Dear Divine, Tao, Source, Master Sha, 
Dear countless planets, stars, galaxies, and universes,
Dear my ancestors of the light side.
Dear all kinds of spiritual fathers and mothers in all layers of Heaven and upon Mother Earth,

I love you, Honor you, and deeply appreciate you
Dear all the souls that me and my ancestors have hurt and harmed related to my lower Dan Tian. We are truly sorry for the pain and suffering we have caused. Please forgive us.
Dear all the souls that have hurt or harmed me or my ancestors related to my lower Dan 
Tian in any way, you are unconditionally forgiven. 
Dear all the souls I have called on,  please come to bless me to build and grow an expansive Jin Dan in my Lower Dan Tian.

Chant or sing your favorite mantra our soul song of your choice for 10 minutes silently or aloud.
